Baker IDI

Working closely with Baker to develop a website with a people centred information architecture based on user behaviour and persona analysis that optimises the user journey from discovery to making a donation. Additionally, the website was designed to showcase latest discoveries, recent activities, and upcoming events via Eventbrite API.

The new website has improved user engagement significantly, this reflected from the increasing number of website visitors (196.63%), user sessions (189%) and page views (125.99%).
