Mind the Gap – Google Analytics Workshop

In late 2017 I organised and ran a event on Google Analytics for 15+ clients. In the event I talked on how to get the most of out Google Analytics depending on type of users, how to effectively setup and use event tracing and on how Goals can be used to track business goals. Also part of the event was a small workshop to show, using real world data, how to drill down to get the most out of the the user data.

BHP – Our stories

This was an interesting project BHP wanted to implement in order to connect employees from all over the globe to share their stories, images and videos.

As well as creating the Front-end UI, I setup extensive event tracking in Google Analytics in order to track all actions on stories in order to pass through the details to give the client a detailed overview of how their staff were using the site.

Baker IDI

Working closely with Baker to develop a website with a people centred information architecture based on user behaviour and persona analysis that optimises the user journey from discovery to making a donation. Additionally, the website was designed to showcase latest discoveries, recent activities, and upcoming events via Eventbrite API.

The new website has improved user engagement significantly, this reflected from the increasing number of website visitors (196.63%), user sessions (189%) and page views (125.99%).
